World Kindness Day

Today, November 13, is world kindness day. Everything and everyone on our planet is connected, and by thinking about how interconnected we are to one another, it becomes simple to see why kindness matters. Each one of us is dealing with something, and sometimes the challenges we face can feel overwhelming and difficult to deal with. When we offer kindness to ourselves as well as others, it makes dealing with challenges much more manageable.
