Dateline -- May 16, 2005.
The FIRST EVER LIVE SHOW performed by URBAN TRIBE!
The Fasching Club in downtown Stockholm has been the home of many famous jazz artists over many decades. It has featured internationally renowned artists such as Miles Davis.
The crowd of about 400 people warmed to URBAN TRIBE from the very start. The whole evening was filled with great music from the band and great vibes from the audience. The evening was finished with the fans gasping in amazement and joyfullness and shouting for more..
The whole event was captured on film and will be available as a DVD in the near future.
Remember - this was their FIRST live show, with only one full rehearsal as a complete group nearly a week before that. This speaks volumes for the outstanding leadership of Adam Atterby combined with the superbly talented musicians he has assembled to make up the band.

Dateline -- June, 2005.
The band was scheduled to do a show in Stockholm, but accidents will happen! Frank, our keyboard genius, managed to fall down his stairs at home the night before the show, giving himself a concussion and a broken wrist.
Dateline -- August, 2005
URBAN TRIBE provided opening support on three consecutive nights for Steel Pulse, one of the greatest reggae bands in the world. Shows were KB Malmo Sweden August 9, Rockefeller Oslo Norway August 10 and Tradgar’n Gothenburg Sweden August 11 (see photo below).
David Hinds, the main man at Steel Pulse, gave the OK for URBAN TRIBE to do these shows with Steel Pulse just on the strength of listening to the album, without further live auditions.
After spending three days on the road together the members of both bands got to know and respect each other for their respective musical talents.
David Hinds described URBAN TRIBE’s performances as “wicked.” That is a great compliment which he doesn’t give out lightly.
Sound engineering for the three shows was done by Internal Dread, who has his own band “Internal Dread and The Reggaeterians”, (website) and who has also been working with Dennis Bovell of London England (more) one of the great reggae producers of his generation - still going strong.
Dateline -- November 2005 and Looking Ahead to 2006
We are planning on more touring for URBAN TRIBE in Europe in the first quarter of the year, and we are also planning on a major tour of the United States in Summer 2006.
